I want to create a company, or whatever, that creates FreeSoftware. Here are some of my ideas:

• Emphasize community and cooperation - no evil business tactics
• Getting rich is not the main goal, but making money is a must
• I want the company to be very decentralized, consisting of project groups which are part of the free software community
• Have fun
• Employ cool people
