A theory about a fractal TimeWave and TemporalResonance. Suggests that time, rather than just being simply a linear flow, follows a fractal wave pattern of fluctuations between increased Novelty and increased Habit. According to this a particular period of time can be in resonance with earlier periods of time on different scales. Novelty is introduced by Creativity, but with lack of creativity events tend to fall back into habitual patterns. Some periods of time are more "novel" than others.
